I seriously doubt that you can do anything more than turn this feature off for the moment as:
a) PB 10 (even 12.5) is not certified for W8
b) PB 15 will be the first PB version tested on W8

BDC Recording issues in QE11
Dear ABAP Experts,
I am facing an issue in the recording of qe11 transaction for defect recording at operation level.
The issue i am facing is there is no scroll down functionality after listing 6 recording through BDC Recording.
I am completely stuck.I have attached the screen shot for the same.

I am sorry but if its working correctly then what is the issue you are having? I thought system was calculating 22 days instead of 20.82 days.
If HDATE is maintained then system will go by this first...otherwise it will use IT0000 (I think). In your case I am not sure if you consider employee has 5 years of service when they complete 5 or when they complete 4...and enter into 5th year. Depends on your company rules.

Now join T1,T2,T3 and pull required columns.
While joining make sure that you give correct join conditions to avoid Cartesian product.

Please check if this issue exists for all the users. If you and most of the others are not facing this issue and only some set of customers are facing this issue, then most likely this issue could be due to lower SAP GUI version and patch level of those customers.
Message_Type_X Dump also occurs when proper date format is not maintained in SU01 transaction of the user who have faced this dump.
please goto SU01 and check the date format in the defaults tab. If there is any date format other than DD.MM.YYYY, please change that to this format to avoid this error.
