I came to know the solution on my own, here is the approach
The initial stocks for the KANBAN manufactured parts at cut off date will be loaded to SAP as per IM methods. for the first time, keep " Separate GR for status change" indicator set in control cycle and do the status change for required bins to FULL to sync with the stock for those parts.
